This website uses Sendinblue GmbH/Brevo to send newsletters. The provider is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
Sendinblue/Brevo is a service that, among other things, can be used to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored on the Sendinblue/Brevo servers in Germany.
If you do not want analysis by Sendinblue/Brevo, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.
Data analysis by Sendinblue GmbH
With the help of Sendinblue GmbH we are able to analyze our newsletter campaigns. For example, we can see whether a newsletter message was opened and which links, if any, were clicked. In this way, we can determine, among other things, which links were clicked on particularly often.
We can also see whether certain previously defined actions were carried out after opening/clicking (conversion rate). For example, we can see whether you made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter.
Sendinblue also allows us to divide (“cluster”) newsletter recipients based on different categories. The newsletter recipients can be divided, for example, according to age, gender or place of residence. In this way, the newsletters can be better adapted to the respective target groups.
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from both our servers and Sendinblue GmbH's servers after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains unaffected. For more information, please see Sendinblue GmbH's data protection regulations at: https://www.brevo.com/de/datenschutz-uebersicht/
Conclusion of a contract for order data processing
