The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
The goods are delivered across the EU, as well as the USA, Great Britain and Switzerland. Outside of Europe, shipping takes place on special request. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to adapt the mailing type letter mail to parcel mail due to unsuitable volumes or dimensions. There are no additional costs.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We calculate the shipping costs as a flat rate according to the value of the goods.
Mail or parcel delivery up to a value of € 150.
4.50 EUR flat rate: as a letter without tracking with a weight up to 500g or DHL package with tracking (duration 1-3 working days from dispatch, Saturday delivery possible) with a weight over 500g.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to adapt the shipping method to parcel delivery due to unsuitable volumes or dimensions. There are no additional costs.

From an order value of € 150.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value):

DHL USA:  
Shipping costs depend on the weight.

Shipments outside the EU are automatically calculated and sent in the shop by choosing the country without German VAT. National rules in the recipient country may result in additional fees, taxes or customs duties that must be borne by the buyer.

For shipping to all countries not mentioned, we ask you to contact us. We will then create an individual offer.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 1–3 days, for international deliveries within 3–6 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
