Getting Started
First challenge: catch the ball! Hold the handle loosely with your fingertips and pull the ball as vertically upwards as possible. With a little practice, it will land securely on the handle – and then the first TicTricks can begin.
More TicTricks
Mastered the first catch? Time to level up: throw the ball and catch it again with the Salto, or rotate the handle as well with the Salto on Bottom.
You'll find even more TicTricks – from first moves to bigger challenges – in the included guide.
A Game with a Long History
Ball-catching games have been played in many different cultures for centuries. In Arctic regions, they were even associated with the return of the sun, while Japan developed the well-known kendama.
In 2011, Ticayo became our own interpretation of this traditional skill game – and we've been tic|k|ing ever since!
Beech Wood & Recycled Materials
Ticayo is made from beech wood. For the packaging and instructions, we use recycled materials.
This keeps the material concept clear and straightforward – from the wooden skill toy itself to its packaging.
Made in the Erzgebirge
Ticayo is made in cooperation with woodturners and toy makers in the Erzgebirge region, combining traditional craftsmanship with specialist expertise.
Each Ticayo receives its final finishing and surface treatment in our Leipzig workshop.
